The Flower
Fields represents a partnership of two leading companies in the
floriculture industry with annuals from Ecke Ranch, Encinitas,
California and annuals, perennials, garden mums, asters, and dwarf dahlias
from Yoder Brothers, Inc., Barberton Ohio.
The Flower Fields partners are the propagation
and distribution system behind the brand. Our customers are commercial
greenhouse growers to whom we sell seeds and young plant cuttings
that growers throughout North America finish into garden-size
plants and then sell wholesale to retailers.
Plants are marketed under The Flower Fields brand
throughout the United States and Canada. Plants feature The Flower
Fields unique “color chip tag” with recommendations
for harmonizing and contrasting floral colors. In-store merchandising
materials provide additional suggestions for garden color combinations
from the subtle to the bold.
Gardeners can find extensive information on planting
instructions, landscape features and garden care—plus photos—for
each of the many species in our online plant search. A retailer
search is also provided. Commercial growers will find not only
detailed plant information but also technical growing guidelines
for successful greenhouse growing.
